Signa armchair is inspired by typographic characters. The construction is thereby influenced by simple trestles. Just one single crossbeam, which is positioned in the center, joins four legs with the slightly concaved seat base. The backrest consists of thin plywood and therefore fits optimaly to the diverse back forms of the users. Special focus on reduction of components and the limitation to only wood as a building and joining material underline the environmentally sustainable claim of this chair. Signa combines flexible seating comfort and ecological and economic aspects in its significant look. A new character in the alphabet of armchairs.
