The Simple restaurant is located in the very center of Minsk in a constructivist factory kitchen from 1936. The architects responsible for the design made simplicity the main creative line. The minimalist interior is arranged with the use of contrasts of white and black surfaces, complemented by elements of light wood with a clear, sensual structure. Great lamps were provided by the local design studio LiLo Design, and the chairs from the Finn collection – in a white version – perfectly match the atmosphere of the interior.
